Encountered a couple of problems

• with the new health system there is no way to know how close you are to dying with bleeding, hunger, or thirst. (i bled out really quickly)
  
• if you die of bleeding the game won't allow you to go back to servers. had to restart game

Sleepbags weren't despawning in previous updates, so I don't think they should now, unless they require repair. But not with a log, but a cloth.

I will update that in the next version. 1x cloth to repair it. for now, all repairs are one log.

Doors still open slowly. It still seems like the packets being sent to tell the clients if the door is open or shut is in a long timer than it should be (guessing there's 1 server loop with multiple timers to do things at different points? If so then the door packets might be in the wrong timer) Again, it's only a guess based on what I'm seeing.

Cant make an account for the game. Whats up with that. it says webpage is not found. even if i have the game and go to register and account, it still says that there is no webpage

I agree that you bleed out a bit too fast. This needs to be tweaked in the next update. For now, make sure you have a medkit on you before going into zombie territory.
